Harnessing the sun for sustainable living
Discover how our 550-watt solar power system provides reliable and environmentally friendly energy for our 40-acre forest retreat. Learn about its capabilities and the benefits it brings to off-grid living.

Why solar power? An off-grid solution
With no commercial power available on our 40-acre forest land, solar power emerged as the ideal solution. We've installed 550 watts of solar energy collection panels to provide a robust and independent power source. This system ensures that our retreat remains functional and comfortable, without reliance on external grids.

Inexpensive, reliable, and environmentally friendly
Our decision to use solar power on our forest land was driven by its many benefits. We worked with an electrical engineer to design and install a solar array that is affordable, reliable, and environmentally friendly. It aligns perfectly with our vision for sustainable living, providing dependable power and peace of mind while helping us minimize our ecological footprint.

Powering your forest retreat
The solar power system is designed to meet all of our energy needs, delivering a reliable 550 watts of power and 600 amp-hours of battery storage. This capacity can run essential appliances—including a refrigerator, microwave, and television—along with modern conveniences such as a laptop, DVD player, and Starlink internet service for more than 24 hours without recharging.
Experience the impressive quality and reliability
See for yourself the quality and reliability of our solar power system. With impressive efficiency and capacity, it delivers seamless, sustainable energy for our remote forest acreage. Experience the confidence that comes with abundant, clean power.
