Additionally, the property comes equipped with a cabin with a composting toilet, 12 cubic refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a 2-burner gas stove, providing comfort and convenience for your stay.
Maintenance and woodworking essentials
Maintaining the property is made easy with a comprehensive set of tools. You'll find all the necessary implements for tractor upkeep, barn repairs, and solar array maintenance. A pneumatic T-post driver simplifies fencing projects, while a wide array of gardening tools and many woodworking tools support various outdoor and crafting endeavors, allowing you to personalize and care for your forest retreat.

Included is a roadworthy trailer equipped with a 275-gallon water tote for weed control – NOT FOR DRINKING. The trailer includes a 50-foot hose with a spray wand and a 6-foot-wide road-spraying bar.
The 3-point road grader features six-way adjustability and a heavy-duty 3-point attachment frame.
A 6,250 watt gasoline AC power generator. It has 4ea 115VAC and 1ea 220 VAC outlet. The 220 VAC outlet easily powers a 200 amp electric welder

The 400-gallon fresh water transportation tank is specifically designed to fit between the wheel wells of most pickup trucks. The fill opening is secured with a chain and padlock.
